Free basic delivery is available within 25 miles of our warehouse with advance scheduling and special limitations may apply. Outside the free basic delivery zone the standard truck freight rates apply for extra mileage, special handling, drayage, palleting if necessary and loading/unloading. All the details are provided in our rental agreement and listed on your quotation.
Equipment delivery is scheduled when your dates are booked and rental agreement is signed by your project manager or buyer. Most events are booked 60-90 days in advance to ensure your preferred choice of equipment is available. Larger events will benefit from advance notice because bookings mean the equipment is reserved to the exclusion of other clients. No worry of overbooking or missed dates while you are waiting for another client to return the games from their event. Arcademart discounts are available based on how early you book your event with payment. In a rush? No Sweat, you’ll be able to meet that deadline with our optional expedite services.
